"Bought a high end hummingbird unit from them. Turned out there were broken buttons. Got the runaround after 2 calls and 5 emails and sent it to HB for warranty. Now I get a refurb unit for the price of new less than 30 days after purchase. Shop elsewhere if you want good customer service.
PS. They took 4 business days to make a decision and did send me a label - on the day I was on the way out of town. 4 days is bs since they said it would take a day."

"Prices and shipping are great. That's the only good things to say about them. I ordered life jacket which once I tried it on it was too large. The shipping cost out of pocket to send it back costs as much as the life jacket. Called in and asked if I could pay for a return label at their cost and they would not allow it. They kept saying they would not provide a label. This irritated me as I did not want them to provide a label but instead allow me to pay for a label so I would not be at such a loss on the shipping. This was too much of a problem for them so they just blocked me from purchasing on their site. All the money I had spent with them previous to this they did not care.
I had ordered from them in the past due to cheap prices and they drop ship fast. DROP SHIP as in they do not stock their items hence their cheap prices and lack of quality control. After my issue with them I have read many reviews on people with large orders getting open boxes and missing parts. Those poor customer got the run around also. Pay a little more else where and save yourself a potential headache and lost time. "
