"An order was placed a couple of weeks ago for a 20' & 30' chain hoist. Said order was expected to be delivered with a 2-3 lead time. 2 weeks have now passed and NO order has been received. Customer support representatives DO NOT follow up, nor do they know what other associated are communicating to customers.
If I could provide ZERO stars, that would be my rating for Crane Depot. If you have the ability to purchase products elsewhere, I suggest you do so and save yourself the headache of dealing with Crane Depot."
