"If you know EXACTLY what you want, then good. If you have to return the shoes, they will take awhile. It took me several inquiries only to be told that they would issue a refund as a one time courtesy. They were Brooks Shoes. Brooks has a no questions asked 90 day return policy. Brooks will even reach out to other merchants to remind them of this. I wore the shoes out to the garage and back and Holabird said the soles were dirty. Thus, they weren't going to initially accept my return. Had I not called to complain, I would still be out my money and the shoes. They are very slow. It will be hard to compete against Amazon. Shipping and everything is slow. Oh, and I had to pay for my return shipping fees. That sucked. I spent money on "nothing". Best thing to do is see if a local place will price match Holabird's close out shoes."
