"I went to order a Garmin Vivomove HR through Holabird Sports a while back. Since the order, there had been no communication between Holabird and I. The order had been stuck in "Processing" for around 2 weeks. I had emailed twice with no response. Finally, I received an update from Holabird. There had been an availability issue on Garmin's side, and a subsequent communication issue on Holabird's part. They offered a slight discount for the trouble and assured me that the product will still ship and is just delayed (not Holabird's fault). I had a rough start to my relationship with Holabird, but once I was finally able to get in contact with someone, have had a positive experience."
