Pros: well-cushioned, high energy return, lightweight, tongue stays in place and is the right length, grippy sold. Cons: a little loose in the heel yet very narrow midfoot, even the “wide” is the most narrow running shoe I’ve ever owned and is not comfortable to run in unless I let out the laces, however, the laces are way too short so I really can’t. I would only recommend these shoes for those with a narrow midfoot. I have a low arch so my midfoot spreads and there is just not enough room in the shoe for it."
