I reached out to Holabird to find out status. Louie assured me that my shoes had been picked up and they were on their way. My shoes arrived a day later. The moment the shoes arrived in my mailbox, a follow up email was waiting for me from Holabird/Louie confirming they saw that it was delivered and to confirm I received them. Thank you for such great customer service. It's getting harder and harder to find companies that care."
