"In these economic hard times it has become increasingly hard to find good customer service. Well, I have to say that Rick at Holga can't be beat. It was my daughter's birthday and he made sure she got her lense BEFORE her birthday which was only 3 days away from when I placed the order. And it was being shipped to the US. AMAZING!!
