"I made an online order 2 weeks ago and I waited for my delivery with Hermes delivery their courier.
As I was waiting one day after 8 days I decide to tack my order to see what has happened.
I was very amazed when I saw that they tried to reach me 2 times on a weekday at 14.47 and on 14.18 and they couldn't find me at home.
Note: I am all day every day at home, I have a bell and they had my phone number to contact me.
After I saw that, I decided to write to Holland and Barrett about the issue that I have with the delivery and also to Hermes delivery, but no one answered me.
After 2 days I saw that they tried again to deliver my order at 13.36 but also couldn't find me at home, I wrote them back, no answer.
And finally after 4th attempt of delivery at 8.25 they send back my order to Holland and Barrett.
It's not possible what is happening.
What they expect me to do? Stay in front of my door on the step to wait for Hermes delivery guy? I even went to my nearest delivery center to ask about my parcel and told me that they don't have it.
They treat their online customer very bad.
I'm never ever gonna shop online from them and I hope they'll give me my money back soon or I will fire up.
Shame on you Holland and Barrett and Hermes delivery for how you treat your new online customers."
