"I have ordered coffee pods on the 18th of March and till now I haven't got anything from them.They charged my credit card the same day.I've got only a confirmation with my ordering details but nothing else(tracking number from tnt or fedex).They are not answering at any email, they have no address,the fax number is not exsisting.there is one tel number 0031137074410 but the woman who answers it promises that she will send all the details but till now, nothing.
Anyway I just want to say that this company should not exsist in the internet and should be blocked from the authorities.I do not recoment them and I will try everything to get my money back.

"Do not use this company or any of its affiliates.

They have accepted payment of goods (over 200 euros), but sent nothing. Not even an email explaining the delay.

Any attempt to contact them goes straight into a black hole. They list no contact phone numbers on their site.

I'm now in the process of recovering the money via the credit card company.

"I ordered stroopwafels from this store on Thursday June 1st, paid by credit card and chose FedEx (costs $45) for delivery. Their website says that FedEx orders will be handed to FedEx withing two business days.
I immediately got a confirmation email stating my order but indicating that shipping will be via TPG International Priority Plus Mail, which costs $25, and saying that the order will be processed in five business days eventhough I was charged for the higher FedEx price. I immediately sent them an email so that they take corrective action.
I got absolutely no response. Three business days later, on Tuesday June 6, I got an email indicating that my order is with FedEx and giving me the tracking number. My order arrived on June 9 in good shape and the waffles were great.
However, some days later when I checked my credit card statement, I found out that I was charged Eur84.5 instead of $84.5, which is about 25% more.
I sent them an email asking that they reimburse me the difference and got no response. Several days later I sent another email and until now I got no response. Today is July 6th.
I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company and have to go through a long process to get my money back.
To be fair with them, the goods were good and were shipped and handled in resonable time albeit longer than they promised. The wrong currency error is also "understandable".
What is really not acceptable is the zero-reply policy.
In conclusion, if your order is error free then everything will be ok. However, if anything goes wrong, then you will be left chasing ghosts and you better had a good credit card company.
My advice is to avoind using this site altogether.
