"My fiancé & I had bought our wedding bands from you in July. Apparently WITHOUT ever being told that my wedding band was a special order. We were never told that nor was it on our receipt! We had been making payments on our wedding rings. I came in August to get our rings but was told that they weren’t ready and we would be called when our bands were ready! Again NEVER was I told that I needed to make a payment or it would be put back on the shelf. I get a call Aug 20 something 2021 informing me that our rings were ready. My fiancé goes to make a payment & gets his wedding band. Again NEVER was he nor I told that a payment needed to be made on my ring nor were we told that my ring was a special order and it would be put back on the shelf! My fiancé & I have spent thousands of dollars with your store! So my fiance goes to get my ring and is told that it was put back on the shelf but y'all can order another one and then the lady says we’ll y'all aren’t engaged anymore. That’s NOT the point we both wanted our wedding bands as it meant something to us! Again NEVER were we told that my ring was a special order & that after so long it would be put back on the shelf! This is so very unprofessional and wrong on so many levels especially when we do a lot of business with y’all and have spent thousands of dollars there. I WILL NEVER EVER buy anything from you again and I will be sure to let everyone know!"
"I have ordered from them several times in the past year, and remembered seeing this page (and being wary) before my first ever order, so I wanted to come back and add my two cents. My experience was really smooth and easy. I bought gold items and they looked/felt way better than I expected given the low price. I don't like talking on the phone, but I used their live chat to ask some questions (since I was nervous before ordering gold) and the rep was super responsive and helpful. She told me they have an extended return policy on gold and even gave me her email to reach out in case I had an issue. I always paid with a credit card and never had issues."
"Have been ordering from this page for a while now, and have ordered for about 4000 dollars from this page already. Now the basic jewelry from them is not bad at all. Like the segmentrings, titan labrets etc. I also ordered a lot of products with Zirkonia & gold plating and started to see the flaws after a few months. First some of my customers never returned to buy another product, and second some customers returned because the gold plating vanished after 2 weeks or the zirkonias dropped! Also I bought 14kt Gold from them, and always keep my jewelry stored inside cabinets so they never move. After I tried to sell a 14kt segmentring with Zirkonia and tried to insert the jewelry, one of the Zirkonia popped out so I wasn't able to sell it anymore. I asked Hollywoodbodyjewelry if they could maybe send a replacement or repair it, but they weren't very helpful and said they could only do it if the purchase was made within 6 months. Lesson learned (NEVER BUY GOLD FROM THEM).
Now for basic jewelry this page isn't bad, but the other jewelry has really bad quality and I found out it's the same jewelry you can find on Alibaba or Aliexpress.
The shipping time is great, payment is fast, customer service is fast as well but the service is bad!
