"I ordered a $499 chandelier from their website on 4/2/2021 with an estimated delivery date of 4/9/2021. Their website says they are located in Ontario, CA and looked legit. They are NOT. Luckily I paid with PayPal. On 4/10, I still had not received a shipping notification or the chandelier so I contacted their customer service. They apologized and sent me tracking info and shipped it. I shortly realized they were shipping it from China!!! I would never have ordered it had I known. It is now 5/11/2021 and the tracking shows "export cancelled" and they have stopped responding to me. I've had to dispute it with PayPal. At this point I still do not have my product or money but I know PayPal will do the right thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
