"None of the leads were quality, changed our contract without informing us as well as charging us for leads we didn't accept later saying that it was owed it worked you get charged for the leads even if you never talk to the customer.
When leads come through on our business line most of the automated lead message was never received because the automated person began telling all the information before you answered the call. there are many other sites out there that promise the same service as home advisor for businesses. If you are a homeowner I highly suggest you do yourself a favor and google the type of service you are looking for and take a look at their reviews personally rather than let home advisor choose who will come into your home for you. "
