"They would not listen to what I wanted to do. The customer service reps DO NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH and are very hard to understand. During my dealings with them I spoke with several different reps and "NONE" of them spoke good English. They charged my card for work "NOT" done and I had to speak with these people on several different occasions to get my money refunded. I definitely "DO NOT" recommend HOME ADVISOR. "BAD MISTAKE" "
