"I wanted an appliance repair person as well as home cleaning service. Using your site for the first time, I decided to find home cleaners while appliance repair persons were brought up. However, once I did that, I could not go back to find a list of appliance repair persons. Perhaps something to indicate that one should complete one project for information before starting to obtain information on another project might be helpful. Also, around 9:45 a.m., I called customer service, but obtained a busy signal as well as a no connection notification, so they were unable to be of assistance. I also did not set up user/password info, but when asked for it, I thought I was creating a new account. When I submitted new info, I was told it was the wrong password. To my knowledge, I have never set up an account with home advisor."
