If you are business owner I would recommend you to try Angie's list. Obviously you need to pay for advertising but those are real leads and real sales. You can always try as well Thumbtack but the downside is that is very competitive and the big guys most often gain the requests but still you don't feel you are being scammed.

Some people would recommend to start with HA and then move to another advertiser. My advise for startups is to stay away of HA. You don't need to build your business with a blood sucker as partner. You better start with a selected clientele that pays for your service.
