"So far I have met with contractors for three projects. They have all been very professional. Pricing has been very fair and I've contracted with two. Still getting estimates for the third project as that is a construction project and is planned for July.

The site is pretty easy to use and even in my small town, I was able to pull contractors who service my area. I'm very pleased with the ease and the fast response. All the contractors I've dealt with so far have contacted me so I didn't have to work any harder. Other projects that I listed and got names for, I have not heard from those contractors yet so I may have to call them. Those projects will have to wait as I like dealing with proactive contractors.
