The web site made it easy to find the service we wanted and almost immediately after submitting a request, we were contacted by several highly qualified repair services. I read the reviews, and chose one that could best accommodate our schedule.
We were truly impressed by the honest, quality service. Our repair was done promptly and at a very reasonable cost. The technician even "encouraged" us to watch over his shoulder every step of the way.

"It was easy to enter the details of my project and very quick to bring up possible choices to do the project I needed done. It was easy to check on reviews of possible vendors before I made my selection and contacting the vendor was easy. The only negative was the ability to provide feedback on the vendors I did not select. I chose the vendor I did based on good reviews and closeness to my neighborhood. When I tried to complete the survey about "why I didn't pick" one of the other vendors, I was asked if I would recommend the vendor to others. I did not feel comfortable saying either yes or no since I was not familiar with the vendor. A better choice might be to ask why the vendor was not selected and offer multiple choice like "price", "couldn't complete job in required timeframe" or "other"."
