I also tried to give Yellow Ribbon an excellent review but I was not home to accept the phone call to verify it was an actual customer review. I called back and was on hold for 38 minutes before I decided to hang up. Therefore, Yellow Ribbon Construction may or may not have received my complimentary review. That's why I didn't select "very satisfied" on this rating."
