"Clean and Shiny Homes, Inc. were first to call. It took days for the others to eventually call. The price was in-line with what we expected. Start time was as immediate as needed and arrival was prompt, 15 minutes early. The cleaner said she was OCD about cleaning. I believe her. On the downside she didn't have a vac and borrowed ours. She mopped with vinegar/water, so the house was clean but wasn't left with the typical lemon pledge and Swifty Pad pleasant smell. We'll work those issues out and look forward to her return in two weeks."
