"THROUGH HOMEADVISOR I CHOSE CHORESBUSTERS TO HELP ME WITH AN EXTREME CLEANING PROJECT TWO DAYS BEFORE I WAS HAVING A HOLY COMMUNION CELEBRATION AT MY HOME. THE APPT. WAS FOR 9AM. THE GIRL CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM HER TIME WITH ME ON THURSDAY. THURSDAY CAME AND AT 9AM, 9:30, THEN AT 10:30 NO ONE SHOWED UP. NOT PHONE CALL NOTHING. I CALLED CHORESBUSTERS AND AN ANSWERING MACHINE TOOK MY MESSAGE OF THE NO SHOW. THE OWNER ANGELA CALLED ME LATER IN THE AFTERNOON AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I WAS BUSY CLEANING MYSELF SO I DID NOT GET HER MESSAGE. ANGELA CALLED AGAIN EARLY EVENING AND I TOLD HER THE GIRL NEVER SHOWED UP. SHE COULD NOT BELIEVE IT AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL HER TO FIND OUT WHY SHE DID NOT SHOW. SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY AND HOPED I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN ANOTHER TIME. I KNOW THE OWNER MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CONTROL ALL SITUATIONS BUT SOMEONE SHOULD BE CHECKING WITH THEIR CONFIRMED CLIENTS THAT THEIR GIRLS SHOWED UP.
