"What I liked: quick response to my email with 3 options for providers; excellent work by the vendor selected for a fair price, good communication from the vendor to us on scheduling.

What I did not like: after the initial referral, communication with Home Advisors was disappointing. They messed up conveying our expectations to the vendor, and messed up communicating the vendor's availability. Follow up calls were: 'accidentally' disconnected, we were put off with a "let me call them, and see where they are and I'll call you right back" only to have to call THEM back hours later, and just missed promises on callbacks.

Would I use them again? Yes, I would give them another chance. My job this time was aluminum fascia hanging off the very top of my 2-story home flapping in the stormy breeze. It sounded like a cheesy thunder sound effect and had to be keeping the neighbors up. On top of that, with the sharp edge I was concerned about the high wind tearing it off and propelling it in to a kid or pet in the neigborhood, so I was antsy to get someone out and was probably less patient for a callback than usual. However, if they messed up expectations and communications a second time, there would NOT be a third."
