That company made an appointment and was on their way and had called to let me know they were on their way. It turned out they didn't cut grass, they did landscape design and installation. They told me they receive many leads on work they do not do. They have to call and physically talk to that the customer that inquired twice or they lose 40 dollars for each lead. They often turn off the service because of the hassle.

However I did find a great chimney repair person that I would recommend highly. He contacted me promptly and the repair was completed in 2 hours.

I just feel that the contractors need to have the leads evaluated more closely so they don't waste time and money on leads that don't pertain to the work they do."
