"Horrible!! Awful!! Terrible!! and any other negative adjective you wish to use. Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered a toilet and seat 1/17/15. The toilet seat was to be shipped 1/20/15. When it didn't ship I called and was told they were waiting for the rest of the order to ship them together. Two weeks later I got the toilet seat. Three weeks later still no toilet so I called again. I was told they were expecting a shipment the next day. Two days later I got an email indicating the toilet was no longer available and they cancelled my toilet order. So, now I have a toilet seat but no toilet. I called and talked to Frank and asked him what my options were and he told me about other toilets that were similar & said I could return the seat. I said I would let him know. Two hours later I get an email from Frank with info on how to return the seat. I called & said I didn't want to return the seat I was still exploring my options to see what other toilet it would fit. They refunded my money for the toilet but it was an incorrect amount. I called them and they said they refunded the entire amount which they did not. I called back the next day and talked to Jen and told them I did not want the seat I was tired of dealing with their incompetent staff. She said she would send an email with a label and instructions to return the seat. Five days later no information or shipping label to return the seat so I called again and talked to Frank for a second time. He said just forget it; toss the seat they would refund my money which they did. Six days after that I got an email from Frank with a label to print and instructions on how to return the toilet seat. I called Frank for the third time and told him that he had said to throw the seat that was six days ago how do I return it when you told me to toss it to which he replied I changed my mind but if the seat is gone just forget it and he said they refunded my money already so everything was squared away. Seriously - he changed his mind. Oh my gosh. Customer service stinks, they don't deliver on merchandize and they don't follow through. It is worth paying more money for good customer service.
3/11/15 An update to this review. Spencer was made aware of the problems I had. He contacted me via email and he called me on the phone about my issue. He apologized for the problems I had and he was very professional. He indicated Home Click doesn't do things that way and he offered me a discount on another toilet. I ordered another toilet via email through Spencer on a Wednesday and I received the toilet on Friday. He was right. Quick service and it arrived in good shape. I appreciate the time and effort Spencer took and the emails and contacts he made with me. Spencer is great with customer service and I hope he trains the rest of the staff so all the staff offers great customer service such as I received from Spencer. I am not in the market for anything home related right now but I would give Home Click another chance should I need something in the future."

After receiving an area rug I had purchased, but then cancelled, I immediately received a call from a customer service rep who apologized for the error on Homeclick's part. They also sent several emails following up on the area rug and offered up a solution to my satisfaction. Other companies should take note from Homeclick on how to better serve their customers. "I still have not received my order & I made that order 1-20-15. I had to call, & the man says it wasn't shipped & he didn't know why & he would put a rush order. I still have not seen it. I called again & a woman tells me it's not in stock & that they are waiting for shipment to come in. When I decided to order this lamp it showed it was in stock or I would of never got it. "I wasn't sure about ordering from Homeclick.com because I had never heard of the seller. They had the best price I could find for the TV stand I wanted, so I took a chance. They shipped the item very quickly, which was impressive. Unfortunately, when it arrived there were parts missing, so I couldn't put my TV stand together.
I wrote customer service an email, and they responded immediately - which was impressive. Homeclick shipped the missing parts within a couple of days for free. It took about 6 more days to get the parts, but it could have been worse.
Also, there are a couple of small chips in the "wood," but they are rather small. I don't think they will affect the overall appearance of the TV stand. And, I can always fill them in with a touch of paint if necessary.
Putting the stand together appears a bit daunting but easy enough. (I'm no handy man.) It will take several hours, so I just have to find the time.
All in all I am happy with the manner in which Homeclick handled my transaction. They were courteous and professional, and they rendered the effort appropriate to ensure I have the parts I need - which is more than I can say for some online sellers.
Even though there were problems I would recommend Homeclick. They responded with expedience and integrity, which is rare these days. My only other concern is Homeclick has sent quite a few emails. I get too many emails already, so I don't care for that.
As for the quality of the TV stand I can't say that I'm thrilled. It seems rather flimsy. Hopefully when I finish the project the stand will be sturdy enough to hold my TV safely. I would go with a more expensive stand if I had it to do again. Still, purchasing the stand was my choice, and I opted for a lower priced item. Only the future holds the result. Again, all in all Homeclick made an extra effort and is a trustworthy online vendor. "

I asked for expedited shipping to make up for the delay in availability; I was delighted that my needs were met in a timely fashion.

"One of my ceiling fan blades broke when my son stuck his hand into it while it was on. He did not get hurt but the blade broke. I found the blades I needed on HomeClick when I was on another site page in one of the ads on it so I checked it out and they were at a very nice price. I ordered them and was informed when they were shipped and given a date to expect them and they arrived on that date as promised. The blades look great and the price was even greater. I will use them again since I found out they have so much more products available. Well worth the time and money."

This black futon ( Global Furniture Convertible Sofa Bed with Silver Legs ) is like sitting on a box spring. Simply horrible. Thin padding and you feel the weak springs/wood box frame on the bottom of your legs/thighs. Look for Futons with thick mattress and pillow top for added comfort.
