"I ordered curtain panels for my living room from HomeVisions.com nearly a month ago. The website showed items as "in stock", and my confirmation e-mail gave me an "estimated delivery" date of November 14th. When 14th came, nothing happened. I called customer service and they said they will contact the warehouse and reply to me "within 2 business days." Two days later, no reply. I called customer service again, and this time gave me a guarantee that my curtains will ship out by the following Monday.

Monday came, and I called to make sure they have shipped, but a rep said they have "no knowledge" of whether the curtains actually went out, and that today was only the "estimated date" of shipping. I asked about a reason for the whole delay, and they said that the item had to be back-ordered (then why did it show as "in stock" when I bought it???). I asked to speak with a manager, who, after listening to my complaint, actually said: "madam, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the product gets to you in timely manner". I couldn’t believe my ears!!! I asked him to refund my $25 shipping charge, he refused, yet even he couldn’t provide me with an actual date of shipping OR delivery. And forget about a tracking number – this company does NOT give tracking numbers! As of this time, I am told to wait yet another 5-7 business days before I can hope for my delivery... and my patience is running very, very low.

By all means, do NOT buy anything from HomeVisions.com – unless you want to wait for your merchandise for an undetermined period of time and be lied to and treated rudely by their customer service. Yes, they have attractive prices, but what good to low prices do if you never see your product? Buy your goods from a nationally reputable, well-rated on-line merchant. Pay an extra $10-$20 and save yourself all the stress and headaches. HomeVisions.com is by far the worst internet experience I have ever had – they should be ashamed of bringing their unorganized business on-line.

"I am very unhappy with this company. I placed an order on December 7th for two bean bag chairs which I would be giving as a christmas gift. Several days later I found that they had left a message on my voice mail about my credit card address not matching up with the credit card. I felt it was inappropriet to have left a message of such nature on a voicemail. After working out the details of the creditcard I was told the items would now not reach me till after Christmas. They were not willing to send it via any faster method. I was told it would arrive no later than the 28th of December. It is now January 2nd and I have still not received the bean bags.

Save yourself the trouble and unprofessional business methods. Go with another company.
