"I received a coffee table/bench. There was hidden damage that can't be seen unless you are eye level or below. The damage was so extensive that a quarter of the coffee table is missing CHUNKS of wood and completely detached. I notified them immediately after delivery, and they threw the bill of lading in my face that the item was not damaged with a check box that I did not check. I merely signed that I received the item. This is bad business. When I notified them, they did not care one bit.
