"Hate to see good companies' names tarnished by a few bad eggs so I had to step in and write a quick review about my WONDERFUL experience with Home Gallery Stores. My sales person, Kellie, was extremely helpful - answering my MANY questions via email and on the phone a couple times. When I finally decided which dining set to order, she helped me select the perfect rug as well. She checked stock for me before I placed my order to make sure that there would not be any major delays. She told me delivery on the rug would be in 7-10 business days (rug arrived on business day #5) and the dining set should arrive in 6-8 weeks. I am located in Florida and my delivery came in 7 weeks. The delivery guys were prompt and curtious. They assembled the dining set and even removed all the trash. I tipped both delivery men $15 each for a job well done. Thank you Home Gallery Stores! I will definitely be back again soon! Don't listen to the nay-sayers - this company is top notch!!"
"I have such a horrible experience with Home Gallery Stores that I feel compel to write this review to share with others who shop online. I have order a bed and a nightstand for my daughter on 9/13/2014, then I order the dresser and mirror on 9/30/2014 to complete her bedroom set (cost approximately $2,000). I have checked with Vickie, the Sales Manager from time to time make sure that the furniture are in stock and that they would be delivered timely (6 to 8 weeks per the emails from the company). The reason that I want to have the furniture delivery timely because my daughter has grown her toddler bed, and I have cleared it out of her room. So, she is only on the mattress since then. We have been in the 12th weeks since my first order has completed, and 10th weeks since my second order was received, but I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND MY DAUGHTER IS STILL SLEEPS ON THE MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR. I have communicated with Vickie so many time to ensure of the timely delivery, but she kept on telling me that there is nothing that anyone can do to expedite the delivery (I am not asking to expedite the process, but just to make sure Home Gallery Stores to do the right thing that any good business with the right mind would do. She also told me that any negative review that is provided to outside sources will be handled by the company's customer service department accordingly. Why don't Home Gallery Stores provides any customer service prior to any negative review to the outside sources? I have received NO customer service from Home Gallery Stores. If you consider Home Gallery Stores for any of your purchases, please think twice, save yourself so much headache and heartache as the company doesn't care. Once it received the order, charged your credit card...the end. Is it a curse to shop for furniture online? (I also have bad experience with the other furniture company online.)"
"When I first stumbled upon Home Gallery, I read the reviews on here and was apprehensive, however, they just delivered my new bedroom furniture and the entire experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. My sales person was very knowledgeable and patient - I had never made such a large purchase online, so I was nervous and had a lot of questions. After I finalized my order, she gave me a delivery time frame to expect and told me the delivery company would call me soon to set a specific day/time for my delivery. She was correct - they called me and were able to accommodate my schedule. Even more to my surprise, they were able to get my furniture to me a week early. The delivery guys were very nice and professional. They got everything set up fairly quickly and took all the boxes and trash with them. I LOVE my new bedroom set. Totally worth the wait. I highly recommend Home Gallery Stores if you are looking for a great deal and professional service."

It arrived within 4 weeks (way earlier that I expected) and the white glove delivery was superb! Made in NC and very good quality. Nothing but good things to say!!"
"I've always been skeptical buying funitures online without seeing/feeling them. But, my wife and I do not have the time to shop from store to store locally, especially right after moving to our new custom built home (will need a lot of funitures.) So, when I stumbled upon Homegallery and it seems like a store being around for a while (since 1913 according to their WEB site.) I decided to give it a trial run and placed an order for some dining funitures. I received additional discount after the inquiry as promised and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. I've not received my funitures, so I can not review anything else (I will update my review when I have more information.) I was hoping to see more reviews on this WEB site, but then again no review could mean no complain :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Wow! my funitures arrived faster than I expected, within 2 weeks. I must give them a lot of credit for fast delivery. The table was wrapped with blankets when they delivered it to my dining room and only the legs were required assembly which was included with free shipping. The chairs came in pre-assembled and 3 of them had dents on the corner of the back support. Don't know they were damaged during the transit or in the warehouse. I asked for some touch-up and they were prepared for that (I guess that could happen when you had to travel a long distance.) One leg on one of the chairs has black marks on it due to the wood quality. It was not worth to go through the hassle to exchange it, I'm just little disappointed. Over all the experience was good and I would buy from them again."
"I ordered a bedroom set...bed, dresser, and nightstand on 9/27/2010. They told me it would be delivered mid to late December. After not hearing from them late December, I called to inquire about my order, They then told me they had my bed and dresser, but the nightstand was on backorder. They would not ship me the 2 items without the nightstand unless I wanted to pay an additional $160.00 so now I was to expect the delivery late January. Still no news from the company so I called again to inquire, they now told me mid to late February! Finally on Feb 28, I received my order...5 months later!!!!! They said it was not their fault, it was the maunufacturer. After 16 weeks according to the contract, I feel they should have shipped the items they had in stock and shipped me the nightstand at no extra cost...they failed to notify me to at least let me know the situation..I had to call every time to inquire on the status of my order."

“We are sorry the customer has had a frustrating experience. We looked into her complaint, and we would like to share some additional information.
After placing her second order, the customer requested that we provide delivery for both orders at the same time. We accommodated this request. The estimated delivery time frame for both orders therefore is 6 - 8 weeks from the date of the second order. Based on our estimate, the customer should have accepted delivery during the week of 11/9-11/15 through to the week of 11/23-11/29.
As we review the timeline, we see the order processed as expected and the customer accepted delivery on 12/5. The week of 11/30-12/6 represents the 9th week from the order date. We provided In-Home Delivery with Assembly at no additional charge to the customer for her order. This method of delivery does take longer. The Thanksgiving holiday created a one week delay. We shared our apologies with the customer for the slight delay before she accepted delivery.
We do hope the customer has a better experience with our store or other online stores in the future.”
