"My whole experience with them has been awful. My first of 4 sweaters from my order arrived 3 weeks after ordering (even though I paid extra for expedited shipping). The quality was terrible, so I contacted them to try to cancel the rest of my order. They let me cancel and refunded me for 2 sweaters, but said the 4th was already on its way. So, that sweater arrived 3 weeks after that and was even worse than the first: was scratchy, huge, and had a moldy smell. They only offer 15% off (since they're in China and they don't pay for return shipping). So many emails with them. Ugh."

Because the items come from China (which they have tried to hide this using a name that is European), they don't really offer returns. They offer a 15% refund in lieu of refunds. "HOMEGADEN or AKA Joyfornice Design. Never EVER buy from these people. Their customer service is disgraceful. Their clothing is rank. I have posted a picture of what I SHOULD have received and (Embarrassingly) what I DID receive on Facebook which were nothing short of clown trousers!! I will put my pride aside and show photos of me wearing these ridiculously cheap and nasty version of what I ordered. These were supposed to be a soft cotton blend?? They are nasty baggy nylon type material. I have tried getting them to send me a paid returns label, I have communicated with them on here many times, all to no avail, they simply won't pay for me to return them. They offered my 15% and keep the item. AS IF I want to keep the item, I wouldn't let my dog sleep on them.... So beware of this company....I have had to involve Paypal to get my money back after they tried to send me a returns label making out it was a paid one?? Not only crap clothing but dishonest too. They should be ashamed of themselves..Here is what I ordered....and the following pics are embarrassing....I WARNED YOU HOMEGADEN ......I am tired of companies such as yours ripping people off with your crap goods.
