"I have purchased an ipod nano from this website. While the ipod was good. There were a number of problems with this retailer.
1) Item arrived was refurbished, you had to dig through there terms of service to find it out.
2)Seller shipped item to the wrong address. Just because I get my bill at the address does not mean that i want the ipod to go there. Again seller refused me to a cryptic terms of service.
3)The shipping charges were to high and product was packed poorly. The cost of shipping the item was $4.85 with a flat rate box from the post office. yet I was charged $15. On top of that the box was filled with stuff from the paper shredder. don't send me your own garbage.
4)Poor customer support. When I contacted the seller about sending the item to the wrong address and the high shipping charge. His response was that "As you can see, you still
paid much less than you would have on eBay....you saved $7.69""
