"This was probably the worst experience I've ever had ordering a product online. From start to finish the process was terrible. First, I chatted with a salesperson online regarding a sink and wanted to verify the color before ordering. She confirmed and I ordered. I got the sink, which was advertised as white and confirmed by the sales associate as pure white but it was actually a speckled grey. I went back and forth about returning it with a sales person and being responsible for the return shipping and the 25% restocking fee. That went on for about a week. Finally I demanded to talk with the sales manager, since the only thing the sales person could do was for me was to waive the return shipping - I was still required to pay for the restocking fee. The sales manager then lectures me on what a granite sink is and how anything granite will never be pure white and that I should have just known that. I then pointed out that his own sales person didn't even know that, because she told me it was pure white. At that point, he had no choice but to fully refund my money. He emailed me and told me to let him know when I mailed the package and he would fully refund my money. I did so and emailed him and never heard another word. I emailed him two more times after that and left him a voicemail and I got no response. This is after I shipped out the package 3 weeks ago. I checked my tracking number and their warehouse had received my product 2 weeks prior and they still had not refunded my $350 AND no one bothered to return my emails or call me back and let me know if I was ever going to get my money. So, I had to call yet again and try and get into contact now with Mark's supervisor, since he obviously is not very good at his job and won't get back to anyone even after 3 emails and a voicemail. I talked to a sales associate who started me through the process of making me pay the restocking fee until I demanded to speak with Mark's supervisor. He put me on hold and then came back on and said he would process a full refund. After almost a month of this ridiculousness, I would NEVER buy a product from this company ever again and would NEVER recommend this website to any of my friends. This was by far, the worst customer experience I have ever had. And they need to get new managers that actually know how to communicate with customers."
