"Producr advertised as being in stock. Advised 3 dauys later that it was not but would be shipped direct from manufacturer within 2 weeks, which did not happen. Repeated follow ups with Home Perfect during which we were given over and over different delivery dates which were never right. Product arrived 40 days later. So much for in stock. Seller totally unreliable and customer service is bad. "

"UPDATE - IT GETS WORSE

48 hours later - no news and no delivery.
Just checked website: on my invoice/account says item is backordered.
Called in: now told item did not ship. Secondary warehouse discovered item was damaged and did not ship it. No other item avail to be shipped. Thus back to back-ordered status.
Agent offered to refund. But in order to get refund, I have to call back tomorrow and talk to differnt team.

WORSE WORSE EVER ...

I still have no faucet for my plumber to install and the company has not communicated one with me... I am the one digging and digging and they do nothing. The only thing they seem to be doing is responding to negative reviews... Maybe they should spend their time elswhere.




TERRIBLE SERVICE and FULLY SCREWED UP FULLFILMENT PROCESS
- 0rdered a faucet that was showing in stock
- Got a confirmation email that the order was processed and was going to ship
- a few days later, w/o additional info/email from them or faucet delivered, I went back through their website and discovered order was "on hold" (no explanation provided)
- I then called their support line and was told item was on hold because shipping address and billing address did not match. Which is accurate since this was to be shipped to my secondary residence... and this is how I had entered the order in their own system!
- Please note that their own website provides for two different addresses when needed,that the CC cleared, that the item was showing in stock when I ordered it! However, because two addresses were used, they stopped the fullfilment but they also never followed up either by email or phone to verify any issue they had.
- After clarifying to them that all the info was indeed accurate, I then asked for them to expedite this faucet delivery via overnight shipping since we were now behind and I had an installer coming to my home in a few days... Pointing out the delay was 100% their doing and that this was the minimum they could do in this situation.
- Well, after talking to three India-based service people, was told that there was NO WAY they could send this overnight fedex, USPS or UPS (even if i was willing to pay! - they just don't do that! -- please note this is a small faucet, not a bathtub or a large heavy item!)
- At that time (30 minutes on the phonee),I gave up and told them fine: ship it whatever way you can but do it ASAP.
- Ten minutes later, I got an email saying the item was "backordered 3-4 weeks" :-( I am not making this up!
- Called again and another guy from India told me no, that although item was backordered, they were able to find the item in a "secondary warehouse" and that indeed it was shipping tomorrow...

Well, I have no clue if it will or will not ship and even if it does whether or not it will be the correct item!

Do yourself a favor, use another company with a proper ordering and fullfilment system.

THE COMPANY CAN SAY WHATEVER THEY WANT: BUT THESE ARE THE FACTS: THE ONLY REASON THE ORDER WAS RELEASED AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 72 HOURS IS BECAUSE I DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM AND CONTACTED THEM. THE SERVICE REPS EVEN TOLD ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP ON ORDERS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK! THEY NEVER INITIATED THIS RELEASE OR INFORMED ME OF AN ISSUE. WHEN THEY RELEASED THE PRODUCT IT WAS QUICKED INTO 2-3WEEKS BACK ORDER MODE AND AGAIN i had to CALL TO GET THIS RESOLVED (THEY DID NOT DO IT PROACTIVELY). FURTHERMORE, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AN EXPRESS SHIP OPTION (EVEN WITH $) IS NOT AVAIL. THEIR OWN WEBSITE STATES "For faster service, please contact a sales rep for more information (additional fees may apply" - BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THIS WHEN ASKED TO DO IT EVEN AFTER i OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT.

"I was looking for a 95% efficient tankless water heater and my local Home Improvement stores did not have the units in stock. I ordered the same unit I had been looking at, but online, Sunday afternoon with the unit shipping from New York state on Monday and delivered to West Central Indiana on Wednesday. The fact that their price was $400 + cheaper, along with free shipping made this a super sweet deal and met my narrow timeline to get the unit installed. I could not be more pleased with my transaction."

"My only issue is that possibly my item was previously unpacked, perhaps a return. A critical tiny set-screw which holds the showerhead safety lock in place seemed nowhere to be found. When I turned the box upside down it fell from somewhere to the floor. The showerhead itself seemed to be rewrapped. Otherwise, it was the best online price and was shipped very fast. Product is installed and I am happy. HomePerfect usually a good choice. "
