Truck arrived at the designated time to my home / service was lift-gate with curb-side delivery. Driver assisted me in getting the unit moved from the street to my garage with his pallet mover, which was very much appreciated! Everything arrived in perfect condition and was all accounted for! The installation was flawless by my contractor - couldn't have been more pleased! The generator has already kicked into "live action" once when I was out of town.
