"I recently renovated 3 bathrooms and was really not looking forward to sitting in a showroom for hours picking out everything. I decided to call home and stone and tell them this. I spoke to Joe, he told me to pick out 3 faucets and directed how to find the style I was looking for on the website. After I picked out the faucets he matched the shower stuff and accessories to the corresponding lines that the faucets were in. I was on the phone for less than an hour and 3 bathrooms were done!!! Faucets, toilets, tubs, everything! I couldn't believe how painless it was!
My contractor just finished installing everything and it looks gorgeous!
I have never written a review before but felt it was a necessity in this case.

"Ordered a Saniflo toilet, macerator, and tank from them. Called and spoke with someone and they walked me through my order and were very helpful. The unit shipped that day and was at my house the next day. ( I only live a couple hours from the store but was still surprised at how quickly it was delivered)

"Customer service is woeful. The order had to be cancelled because we live in Hawaii? No where on the website does it say you do not ship to Hawaii. I even offered to arrange the shipping myself and have the item picked up (the post office will pick up for free), but the answer was no. Not even a "sorry", just no.

"Purchased a 72" Fairmont Designs Victoria Vanity with white carrera marble top on July 6th at a price of 2867.40 with Free Shipping. Charged it to my credit card and received confirmation and printed my receipt. Was contacted by customer service the next day but was not home to return the call till the day after. Customer service director informed me that there was a "type O" on the site and that the vanity price was really about $400 more and that the top was also about $400 more for a new total of $3822. I asked him how many of the prices were "type Os" and who holds responsibility for updating prices on the website and asked for his manager. When I contacted the owner, I asked him to make good on the purchase since they had already charged my credit card and I had a receipt, and he refused and said that they would credit back my card withing 2 days (remember it only took a few minutes for them to charge my card.) I think that this is a some kind of fraud operation. They probably put these extremely low prices on their site to bait you and hope you will just pay the extra because you really like the vanity also it creeps me out that they now have my credit card information. I have contacted the NY Better Business Bureau and the manufacturer of the vanity and am considering contacting the news media."
