"Pre order customer service was very very good. They took the time to answer all questions about the $3000 purchase I was making for multi room audio and intercom package. The pricing was also very fair and everything seemed to be instock. After placing the order the tracking information was not available...some glitch in the sytem. The UPS shipment did arrive and I happened to be home, 4 items were missing. I called their customer service and let them know...they didn't have any answers at the time and said they would get back to me. Well...they never got back to me and I had to call again. I was promissed 1 component would ship out the next day and I would get a tracking # and the other 3 items they had to get back to me. Well... a few days later and no tracking # and no return call on the other 3. It's not 2 weeks after my order and I am calling for the 3rd time. On the 3rd call they finally gave me the tracking # for the 1 item and they still don't have an answer on the other 3, guess what... they said they would get back to me. I guess that really means give us a call back in a few days. No appologies, no future discounts, nothing.
This business really needs to work on it's post sale customer service. I have alot more components to order soon...why should I give the order to them?"

What pushed it over the top were the shipping costs. It did not matter how much the items cost or the total combined weight. Total shipping did not exceed one set low price for all items. Handling and shipping was very expedient. I received my items within 4 days of placing the order. I received emails regarding the shipment. Customer contact was very good.
