"I ordered a kitchen floor mat, got a note confirming the order, and my credit card was charged. After a couple days, I got a call telling me that the product was no longer in stock, and asking if I'd like to cancel the order, or order a different item. I requested to cancel the order, but my money was not refunded. After a few more days, I called to check on the refund, and was told that it could take a few days to process. After a couple weeks, still no refund so I called again. I have now received a note stating that the order was refunded, but the money was not reimbursed to my credit card. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company. I would not recommend doing business with this company."
"I purchased online on 11/28/15 the following item: Omnia Faux Sable Brown Leather Upholstered Cal King Size Platform Bed B71L47 1 $649.00. I called on 11/30/15 since the ordered still showed pending though the transaction was already posted in my bank. I spoke with a CSR that said it is being process and I will get an email when shipped. The next day, 12/1/15, I received a call from same CSR that the item was no longer available and it was discontinued and that I could get another item as she would sent me an email with other products available. I waited about an hour and never got the email with other products to view, so I decided to call and ask for my money back since the item was discontinued. The CSR indicated that I would get an email with a cancelled order. On 12/2/15, I never received the email with cancelled order, so I called again and this time the CSR sent me a screen-shot of the cancelled order, however, as of today 12/18/15 money has not refunded. A complaint to BBB has started (Complaint ID: 10992093 )."
