"I placed an order for some silver wire with Homegrown Audio Company on 23 March 2015 to the value of $301.75 and have not received the order or any replies to my enquiries. The order states it is "awaiting fulfilment" and I have tried to contact them using their contact details and sending them a message on about eight or nine occasions with absolutely no reply. I then cancelled my order with them about three weeks ago and requested they refund my money which they also haven't done. I then sent an Email directly to them only to get a message from my Gmail account to say that the Email hasn't gone through. I have sent the Email cancelling my order again and Gmail has tried to send it now on four separate occasions without result.
To date I have heard nothing and have not received the goods which I paid for, a refund or a reply to numerous messages and Emails.
I can only conclude that they have gone out of business or are just rude and uncommunicative to the point of being an organisation I no longer wish to have any dealings with. My advice is NOT to deal with Homegrown Audio Company."
