"To the best of my knowledge, I have never left negative comments about an online retailer, but my experience with Homeopathy Overnight was so unsettling that seemed to demand I do so. I ordered two homeopathic remedies from them on October 15, 2011. After waiting for almost two weeks, I had not received my order, nor had I gotten an email or other communication from them telling me the status of my order. Using the Contact Us information given on their web site, I called them and left a message asking about my order. I never heard back from them. Then, on November 2nd, I received one of my two remedies in the mail. According to the shipping label, it had been shipped on October 31st. Unfortunately, what I did get from them was something that is easily attainable locally (Apis Mel 6C). Taking two weeks to ship something they should have had on hand seemed like poor customer service. (I only included the Apis in my order to save myself a trip to the health food store since I was placing an order for something else too. Sadly, the shipping charge for my tiny $8.25 tube of 80 pellets was $8.00. I actually do lots of shipping for my business, so I know that something that small can be shipped by USPS First Class parcel rate for less than $2.00, so their $8.900 charge really smarted.) My invoice showed the other remedy was back-ordered. Next I sent the store an email inquiring about the remainder of my order. They said my remedy would be shipped to me when it arrived from England, but I wasn’t given an estimated delivery date or any other information. Suspecting I would be charged another $8.00 for shipping anohter small tube of pellets, I cancelled the remainder of my order. To recap: It took two weeks for them to ship a common homeopathic remedy to me. They did not call me back when I called them. I was not emailed to say my order was delayed or notified when it was sent. The shipping charges were, I thought, quite high. And ‘overnight’ service? Well, not in my case. In short, Homeopathic Overnight is not a company I would recommend doing business with."
