"When my Kohler Whitehaven sink came in cracked and chipped i called customer service and had a replacement sent my way the next day (freight isn't cheap). All i had to supply to the customer service team was photos of the damage and they took care of the rest. Glad it was resolved i can sleep sound.

"When I attempted to return an unused water heater within 30 days, that I had purchased online from their company. They would not respond, after repeated attempts, I assumed I was stuck with a very expensive water heater. They did not provide their return policy on the third party website, however, I did contact them within the 30 day time period. Finally the third party intervened and they contacted me to insult me by stating I had tried to "scam" them....quite ironic. I still have my very expensive (useless) water heater. "
"I asked for a return on a Kohler sink of which i agreed to pay return postage, restocking fee and order an other Kohler sink (more expensive). the original order was my mistake but didn't realize it until i was ready to install it, that was 31 days into the sale. their policy does state that they have a 30 day return policy, i requested a return on day 31 and was denied. Subsequently I've written three letters explaining my situation, the first two were ignored the third answered today with a repeat of there 30 day policy. This item, as explained to them has never been opened new in box.
My order was through Amazon which has always been a great company to deal with, unfortunately this was sold on Amazon by Home Plumbing.com I would recommend shopping somewhere other than Home Plumbing."
"Do NOT deal with HomePlumbing.com! They are scammers! I ordered a sink from Homeplumbing.com on 5/30/14 for $552 + $175 shipping. I was emailed a receipt which indicated no problems. I let them know about a problem with their site, though: "Hello - Want to let you know that when checking out, one must check off that Terms and Conditions have been read. But when I clicked on the Terms and Conditions to read, all I got was an error message saying that the page could not be displayed. I wanted to know the terms and conditions, but finally had to check off that I had read them even though doing so was impossible. I called your number first, but was on hold for too long. Please send me copy of terms and conditions. Thank you much." I never got a reply. On 6/11/2014, I emailed and asked when I could expect the sink. No reply. I finally decided to visit their website, only to discover it no longer existed. And because there was not a phone number on the receipt, I couldn't call. I then made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they investigated. The company never replied to any of their requests and the case was closed. I subsequently found the same sink at the wonderful site, HomeClick.com for a grand total of $336.92! Zero shipping charge! That's about $390 less than what HomePlumbing.com charged!!!! And HomeClick's service is fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional, prompt, communicative. Today, 7/17/14 - 1.5 months after taking my order - I received an unapologetic email from Arty Frantz of HomePlumbing.com telling me the sink was discontinued. "
