"Ordered an expensive baseball glove. Wasn't the correct one so I returned the unused glove. When they received it they sent me a message claiming the glove had been used and had a stain on it and they would take it but would have to charge me a 20% restocking fee. When I asked to see a picture of this stain, I never heard back from them."

"Very poor service. Followed instructions to return an item that did not fit. Received so-called credit. Followed instructions to apply the credit. They charged my card for full amount. Called them and they gave me the run-around. Not good service at all. Not worth arguing with them any further, but I CAN write this review and warn future customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buyer beware!"
