"BEWARE! This merchant sells replacement mirrors for the auto industry. So happy to find just the mirror instead of buying the whole assembly. Not until this merchant sent me the wrong one even after providing all the spec info. So no problem, just E-mail them back per their instruction and get an exchange. WRONG! They never replied. Even contacted the customer service manger 'Ray' who advertises that 'The Buck Stops with Him'. What a joke! Ray probably doesn't even work there anymore. Got my money back through my credit card but it was a bit of a hassle. Ended up finding the mirror at my local glass company-shouldn't went there in the first place."
