Did not refund shipping fees even when they failed to ship items

"HondaPartsCheap sure know how to charge shipping fees but failed to refund the shipping fees when they did not sent one of the item I ordered from them and they take 5 days before shipping it out to me. Please don't do business with this company, no matter how good of a price they have. Bad services."

Stay away from this company

"I've placed an order and 1 week later my order status still show processing so I try to contact them by email on Thurday . The next day (it was on Friday) I received email from them

"Hello, we are wating for all parts to arrive we will email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships should be tuesday or wednesday next week depending on when parts arrive. Thank you"

On Wedsday I email them to cancel the order and again on Thurday

So after over 1week the order still show processing . I've emailed them twice to request for a cancellation the order but they never respond to my request . I've to file a claim with my creditcard to get money back .

This is a horrible seller . Stay away from them if you do not want to get into the same trouble like i had

Garbage customer service-online store

"I placed an order on 1-6-17 and they didn't ship until 1-12-17. Here is their response to having lost my order, even after I emailed them once already.

"Hello, im sorry about the delay on your order. we contacted Fed-ex about your package from what they are telling me is that most likely the driver never scanned the package when it was picked up and now they have no way of giving us any information, its basically lost. we have another set in stock that we can send you tomorrow and should arrive to you by about Friday, Saturday the latest. i don't know if this would work for you. please let me know what you would like us to do. again i apologize for the delay. Thank you"

I asked for them to remedy this by overnighting my parts so I didn't have to miss my maintenance appointment, and continue to not have my vehicle running. Here is their reply.

"im sorry but there is no way we can guarantee that it will make it there before noon on Thursday. We have tried to overnight things to people before and fed-ex gets there late or delivers the second day. at this point unfortunately it looks like we will have to cancel the order because the parts will not make it there on time for your appointment. "

"Their prices are in line with other online Honda parts suppliers, however their shipping practices need work. With Amazon getting stuff to Prime members within two days for free, HondaPartsCheap taking two and a half days to get a package to the first sort facility is unacceptable. This was for a small electrical part that was in stock. I paid for "handling" and two day shipping that will now take five days. The main reason I chose HPC was because they were in the same state (had to pay sales tax) and foolishly thought my item would arrive quickly. I have received packages sent priority mail quicker from New York. Parts is parts, these guys need to figure out that they are in the customer service business. "

"This company has no phone contact. They do not honor their promise to ship correct parts when your vehicle VIN# is supplied. I wanted to make a simple "exchange" since the incorrect part was sent. Unfortunately, they will not accept returns or exchanges of unused, perfect parts without the original box. So, Im out a couple of hundred dollars and hate doing business with crooks! Buy your parts somewhere that answers the phone!"

"Nice job. I ordered a tail gate lamp for a '04 Honda Odyssey. i like their website b/c it lets you search for parts by providing an "exploded" picture of the area your part is from. Other websites used a text-based search and were giving me the tailight on the fender, not the gate. The price was about $30 below retail. Although shipping was not cheap. It shipped from California the next day and got to me in the Philadelphia region in about 4 or 5 days. Tracking information was provided. It was well packed and new and perfect. I would recommend them to others."

"A good place to buy your Honda parts online... if you don't mind waiting a while for them to show up. Their prices overall are lower than most other online Honda parts places and their shipping charges are reasonable. Their online catalog of parts also was more extensive than others with a useful multi-part ordering feature.

I have two complaints with them. First, my order took a week and a half to ship out. They did email me to let me know this was because some were not in stock and they had to get them from somewhere else. Other places I've ordered from tend to get out-of-stock parts quicker. At least they told me it would take a while.

The second problem was that I could not get anyone to answer the phone there. I called on multiple days at various times of day.

Once the parts did get here, the order was perfect so I was satisfied. I'll order from them again as long as I don't need the parts right away.
