"I ordered some N95 from their store. I was home the package was "delivered" and I have a camera at the front door. No package and no camera notification. I checked the footage. Contacted Honeywell customer service and they just kept telling me to wait. It's been over a month and no replacement or refund. Stay away from this company."
"Do not order from Honeywell online store. Orders are fullfilled by another company called Residio. Then orders are sent by another company , Ademco.
I chose to return my item as it would not be compatible with my HVAC system.
After contacting all three companies I was given instructions to send back to Residio. My account was to be credited within 7 days. It is a month later and after three phone calls I still have not been credited. The agents you speak to do not speak good English and do not seem to understand procedures.
Do not order from these people. You can purchase most Honeywell items at your local Home Depot and if you need can return it to the store. "
