"I bought a Smartphone VKWORLD T5 Android 5.1 from Hongkongeek 4 months ago and it arrived on time, looks great and works well. I dropped it a couple of days ago and it's continued to work well, which is what prompted me to write this review. It was only £66 including delivery for a very modern smartphone and I've been delighted."
"I purchased a gsm watch from Hongkonggeek which arrived after a while as they did not have it in stock. When it finally arrived I was very happy with it but it then developed a fault. I contacted this company and was told to take a video of the issue which I did and sent a copy to them. They agreed there was a fault and gave me a return address to send the watch to. A unsuccessful delivery was attempted by the Chinese courier as there was no answer this was shown on the Royal mail tracking page it also said that the recipient would have to get in touch to receive the parcel. The date of that delivery was 18 Sept 15. I contacted Hongkonggeek and informed them of the situation and that they would have to fetch it, this was on the 21 Sept. They have not bothered to retrieve the delivery from the courier and now some 2 months later it is being returned to me by the carriers as it is deemed as undeliverable.
STAY AWAY FROM HONGKONGGEEK, if there is any problem you are on your own as they are not interested once they have your money."
"- As the title suggests, they left the order permanently at the "preparation in progress stage". Customer service is not responsive after they arrive at problem.
- Even after explicitly asking for a refund of an order that has not even been shipped, they ignore. My guess is they are waiting for the transaction window to end, thus, not be obligated to refund the transaction.
- Prices on the website are inaccurate and continue to fluctuate - they might ask for more money then the price listed on the website."
"Very desapointed and angry about this company.
I bought a smartphone Elepnone P8 Pro, after some days the touch screen doesn't answer anymore; all is blocked. I contacted them and finally I sent back to phone to their office in Germany.
Normally they have to give the money back for the postage cost. Until today (more than 1 month it is not done. After one week I ask news about the smarthone. They said that they don't have anymore smartphone from this type (very curious for a new item from 2014).
I asked them to change them for another or my money back. They say ok and then...nothing.
I made a claim with Paypal and now I wait..
Very untrustful company...."
"The aftersale service of this seller is the worst online and i think over the world. I'm asking how they are still open. I'm telling all my friends to NOT buy from this company. I give One Star, because here don't have -5 star, because they deserve this. i'm waitng more than two months for a return of a product in warranty, and they tell me they are still repairing this item... they are only taking time, and they don't want to refund me. "I ordered the KSD-6902 Joyous Autoradio GPS 7 inch Android 4.4 .
Hongkongeek sent me the unit marked 6902 but not Android and it looks different to the one they advertised!
I informed them about the wrong item and they acted naive and ignored me totally. They even removed the item from their website?
I think they did everything on purpose : misleading, cheating...
Not only their act was that but most of all it's a crime.
So be careful to deal with it or avoid totally!

I ordered a Cube Talk 9x 32Go 2 weeks ago. I paid an extra for fast delivery, and I received it just 4 days later. The packaging was well protected, and the tablet is working perfectly well. I didn't have to pay any VAT, and if I had to, I knew that they would have refunded me the full amount of the tax. I think I will place my next order on this website today, to buy the same tablet again."
