The watch command in mars is faulty. I sant back this watch, and he say he has not receive it. I am always waiting for the replacement.
I have also bought a bracelet for a old Omega watch, I have since 30 years. He takes the money, dont send any product. A month after, he cancel the order! And keep the money.

"I made my first order with Hoo Heng(hoheng.com) in Oct 2007. I ordered 2 watches. Both watches were faulty. The minute hands for one watch had come off and the hands of the other watch could not rest on the hour (ie when minute hand was on 12, hour hand would be between 2 numbers). To Hoo Heng's credit, I did receive a refund for the watches.

I thought I would give Hoo Heng another chance and ordered another watch from his website. This time the watch I received was not the watch I ordered. As in the first order, I took a photo of the watch and sent it to him as evidence. I was asked to send the watch back which I did at my expense. Now 3 months later I have not seen the right watch yet and I have not even got a refund. I have sent numerous emails and all of them claim he had not received my watch yet and finally a few weeks ago I get an email saying that he forgot my order. And to-date I have not received my correct order."
