"I placed an order on Dec. 13 to insure it would arrive before Christmas for my daughter. After not receiving any types of emails, I called them twice on Dec. 18th and Dec. 20th. Both times I was told they would call me back that same day; they never did. Finally on Dec 22nd, I called and told them if I did not receive a call back I would be requesting a refund. I also sent an email that same day stating the same. FINALLY, they sent me an email stating that they had sent the package on the 23rd priority so it would arrive before Christmas. I was doubtful but kept my finger crossed. Well Christmas came and went and no jacket along with a disappointed daughter. Finally January 4th, I received that jacket! I took note of the shipping date and verified it through tracking. They had not shipped it until Dec. 27th! The jacket itself was WAY overpriced for the quality; very cheaply made. I picked up one just like it at old Navy for my daughter for $20 (theirs was around $70). These people lack any type of customer service, their shipping time is horrible and they are dishonest. I would stay away from them. "
