"Although they are a third party company, I bought tickets through them through flat rate tickets. The tickets were a gift and I was promised to have them 48 hours before. Did not receive until A FEW HOURS before the concert. This was after 48 hours of many emails and phone calls. Then I was still charged $15 for shipping when I had to print them. No refund or discount given. I will never order from this establishment again and let all my friends and family know how horrible this business is with customer service. "

"Hook up tickets is a scam!! I purchased tickets online for BNP Paribas tennis tournament in Indian Wells bor the day session on March 17, 2015. I purchased the tickets on Feb. 3, 2015. I called Hookup today to find out where my tickets were. After a ten minute wait on hold, the person at Hookup told me that they had called me and left a voicemail back in mid-February telling me that they had credited my account and that the tickets I had purchased were not available. I never got a voicemail. Why would they phone me when my transaction was done online and my order confirmation was sent to me online. I suspect it is because phone calls are not verifiable whereas emails are. Hookup then offered to sell me different tickets that were much worse seating for a higher price that I would drive to Palm Springs to pick up. Tournament is in three days and I do not have tickets! I almost bought the other ones they offered but the deal just kept getting worse- very expensive, inconvenient to have to pick up the tickets, and really poor seating. I am terribly disappointed. Be warned!"
