"JBL MA6002 - simple 2 channel amp simply didn't work. Not a single blip - dead amp. OK this happens, but when you purchase a product from an outfit like HookedOnTronics through Amazon, they can send you a boxed up piece of sh@t and then the mess is your problem from there. Zero accountability.

Day 1 - Paid $84.00 for unit with free shipping.
Day 5 - The unit arrives.
Day 6 - We have the boat ripped apart to access the wiring, losing 1/2 a day troubleshooting an amp that never worked.
Day 7 - We are told to box it back up and ship it back at our expense - $9.40.
Day 8 - We ship the failed unit back to HookedOnTronics and buy a new amp that works from a local retailer.
Day 18 - Finally get confirmation from HookedOnTronics that they are testing the amp.
Day 29 - HookedOnTronics announces that a refund will be issued in 7 - 10 days with no explanation.
Day 44 - Amazon finally announces a refund of $71.40 - the original free shipping on the failed product has been voided because the product was returned.

So in summary - HookedOnTronics can sell you a failed product, take a month and a half to skrew you over and renege on the free shipping and not be responsible for anything, never even admitting they didn't test the product before shipping. As a result - I am out $22.00 and HookedOnTronics will probably sell my failed amp to someone else - DON'T LET IT BE YOU!!!."
