While both times they did sent me back out the correct items and apologized about their errors in the shipping dept., I will not be ordering from them again. I will stick to my usual online Vape store that always gets my order correct and is mailed out the next day, not several days later like Hoosier does. Good prices but until they are more established and consistent I will not order anymore"

The sleeve didn’t fit and I was told they don’t have the sleeve for my mod and don’t sell the mod for the sleeve I bought but when I ordered my mod they suggested to by the sleeve as if it fitted. My order was late 2 day delivery and I didn’t get it four days later. And no coils. They resented coils. I’ve never had a bad experience but this really upset me no appolagize no nothing almost like I bothered them. I felt like a customer that didn’t matter! "
