Ordered replacement solution tank for Hoover Dual V SteamVac. Received tank that leaked water immediately. Didn't even get it out of the sink or mounted onto SteamVac. Seam on tank was poorly cemented with gap between base and sides of tank. Very disappointing. Web site says Blanket No Warranty Policy. Figured I was screwed.

Sent an email to Hooverpartstore.com (replied to email with order information from ****@****). Didn't receive an email reply but a nice lady named Darrin called and left voicemail. I called her back and to my surprise she sent me another tank. Very respectful."

The company has many names incl vacuums 24x7, potomac vacuum, hooverpartsstore...Not only did they debit my acct and never sent my order, I received someone elses order with their personal acct info in the box. many emails were never answered and all the phone #s are not attended and just ring and ring...BAD NEWS SELLER!!"
