I can honestly say that Horizon Datacom is in the top three of all the onlines stores I have purchased from in my 20 years of IT consultancy.

It was such a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Austin was very helpful in getting me to even figure out all the parts I really needed, and answered promptly and patiently to all my 20+ emails regarding additions, changes, additional questions. Then, Ken helped me with technical issues and assembled and tested everything before shipping, which helped a lot since he found and fixed an unexpected compatibility issue that Cisco tech. support didn't even realize at first..

I have gotten quite a few bad experiences in the past, and am usually quick to complain about problems. This is why I felt I needed to post nice comments today about this great company, which makes you want to do business with them again. You definitely want to keep these guys in business (and sink the bad ones too!) ! Even if problems arise one day, I feel confident they would do everything to fix it promptly. Also, I noticed this company seems to have well established policies and organization, which probably contribute to the positive result.

I will defnitely check them again for my future purchases.

I recently purchased a Cisco 2503 router from Horizon Datacom but realized soon after receiving it that a Cisco 2514 model would have suited my needs better.
Horizon Datacom were very cooperative and took back the 2503 in exchange for a 2514, and only charged me for the difference. No hassle, no restocking fee, in fact a very painless transaction.
The products are usually shipped four day FedEx and arrive on time and well packaged and protected.
