Rude Customer Service

"I will not order from Horse.com anymore. I have received 3 orders from them and they were damaged because of their poor packing. Never had that happen from there competitors. It took 2 wks to arrive and then I called customer service to re-ship in a timely manner and the female was VERY VERY rude. So now I have to wait another two weeks. I will use Valley Vet, much much better!!!"

"I have ordered from this store 4 years ago. Had a quick easy delivery. Do not remember if I had trouble ordering. This time I needed the same item again. Again, they had the best price. However, no matter what I did, the shopping cart would not work. Now, I know that cookies have to be enabled to order something from a web site. I have ordered from another site just before and right after this store and had no trouble at all. This one would not work. Sent an email to the customer service and received the reply the next day with suggestion to order by phone. Call the company and with a little trouble where a supervisor was required to fix the fact that I was charged shipping, even though orders over $100 had free shipping. The sales person did not notice it until I pointed out that the total was not right. They did fix it. I have not received an email confirmation which is really inconvenient. I asked them to look into the problem with website and specifically stated that my cookies are enabled. What do I get the next day? An email telling me how to enable the cookies. Clearly they are not listening and the shopping cart is still not working.
After a few days I received the confirmation by email and within week to 10 days received the order. Exactly as expected, no problems.
I will order from them again.
