"We recently placed an order with horseloverz.com and it was not a good experience at all. Not only was there absolutely no communication from them at all, but it took almost a month to get our order. Then, upon receiving our order we only received one of two items we ordered. We received one of our items and a packing slip that just says "refund" next to the other item. They never even emailed us about it at all. We will never place another order with this site and I would not recommend anyone order from this site."
"Ordered a horse bit from horseloverz. After one week with no update I requested status. Customer service said it should ship within 2 business days. A few days later they printed the shipping label and sent me an email that the bit had shipped but the shipping status remained ‘order processed’ for almost a week. Ordered other items from other businesses at same time and all received within a week so Horseloverz can’t blame the pandemic. The long delay was bad enough but to print label and then not get to the shipper for days is too much. I will never buy from them again. Seldom have I seen a web business with so many bad reviews but they clearly deserve them. "
"I purchased a pony coat from Horseloverz.com and received it late and in terrible condition.
It was in an old package that was sun-worn and for a coat much bigger than what was received. When we got the coat out, it was used, rusty, and had hair all over it. We tried to return it; however, they said that it was not received in a resell-able condition and that it would have to be returns or destroyed with no refund either way. We opted to have it shipped back to us, but they did not ship it back to us in the agreed upon time and I had to contact them again to get it back.
We had to pay for shipping all ways (to us originally, back to them for review, and back to us again) and the whole thing has been a hassle.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Horseloverz.com and will not be ordering anything from them again."
"The items up for auction show that items must be paid within 15 days of winning.
Then you get an email that states you won it, and have to pay within 5 days.
Then on the fifth day, you view your account so you can pay for the item won, and it's already gone.
You email them to find out what's going on and they state you have to pay within 5 days. It was the 5th day and they already removed it and plan to put it back up for auction.
Apparently, if they don't like the bid they received, they remove it from your "won" auctions, which keeps you from adding it to your cart at the winning bid price and paying for it.
Complete fraud and misleading to bidders. They expect the winner to pay, but won't honor their own auction payment terms. Emailing customer service gets nothing done. They don't give a crap. They didn't want it sold at the lower price anyway."
"I purchased A Hat Holder for my Car, when I received it, it was bent in half to fit in a box that was to small for the item. "I tried to get them to answer shipping questions via email repeatedly. I could not get a response. I have tried to reach them via email before this and never had any luck. You must actually call them and be prepared to be put on hold for a long time. They do not ever return your calls either. Their shipping rates are very high and the do not combine shipping on items."
